A graduate of the University of Notre Dame (BS - Pre-Medicine, BA – English), and The College of William and Mary Mason School of Business (MBA – Entrepreneurship), Jill brings a diverse set of skills and experiences to the VAP Steel Team. Her areas of expertise include: organizational leadership, project and personnel management, financial planning, data science, cost control and elimination, consulting, and process improvement/ engineering.  Prior to joining the team in 2020, Jill gained 10+ years’ experience as a healthcare operations manager, senior financial and process improvement consultant, and project management professional for one of the largest healthcare organizations in the US. A diligent strategist and dynamic leader, she has a proven record of success leading multi-million-dollar projects across diverse functional areas, and has served in multiple chief-of-staff and executive advisory roles throughout her career. Jill brings efficiency, dedication, and passion to every project she undertakes, and has added significant value and momentum to the team.
