A graduate of Emory University (BA – Economics) and Rollins College Crummer School of Business (MBA), Mark Mazur became President of VAP Steel on October 1, 2017. Prior to assuming role of President and taking the company in an entirely new direction, Mark worked for several years at the old Value Added Processing, Inc., learning the business and industry. During his tenure under the previous management, Mark gained countless insights into what the organization needed to do differently, and developed a detailed strategy for the “NEW Value Added Processing,” while building the key relationships that would be vital for implementing his new vision. Since taking over as VAP Steel’s president, Mark has worked diligently in partnership with his brand new management and sales teams to achieve their shared goals to completely re-brand and revamp the company strategy, business philosophy, and culture towards one that emphasizes the value of teamwork, accountability, trust, quality, and genuine care for their employees and customers.
